Project Description
City center project comprised of commercial, residential and hotel components, with fully automated underground parking.
Adjacent to the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall, the site combines the historic Lifshitz building, the old Orion theatre, and an open car park. The new design meets Jerusalem’s twin needs of more inner city residences, and more hotel rooms, creating a complex 8 -10 stories high.
The design for the building included full engineering coordination at the won planning stage to ensure buildability upon permitting, including structural members, automatic parking facilities etc.
