Project Description
Park Etzion rental factory space – Industrial building in Gush Etzion; approx. 5,500 sq. m. In permitting phase 2021.
Built for the Gush Etzion Development Company, the building blends old (Jerusalem Stone) and new (Aluminum cladding, black steel) in a modernist composition. A shadow plan prepares the structure for a future three floors.
The building has two main floors, each approached by separate entry roads and different levels, as well as a roof parking deck.
In the future in the possibility of additional high tech office floors.
