Rubenstein house, 220 sq.m. neve Daniel. 2010.
Including all interiors – full carpentry detailing – libraries, studies, steep angled stairs.
Conversion of attic space to usable bedroom and play areas by use of two-step stairs – at almost double the angle of regular stairs to allow access to the roof space from within the existing shell.
