Residential building in Katamonim neighborhood of Jerusalem.
Designed for a group of residents looking to leverage their property value, the building conforms to the Katamonim master plan. Main Jerusalem stone facade, with some glass, concrete and aluminium elements, a commercial ground floor unit and automated undergound parking to accommodate the increase in number of dwelling units.
